These Terms of Service govern the use of SMS and voice communication services provided by Ludlow Property Group ("LPG," "we," "us") through our internal team assistant, Kobe. By receiving messages from or interacting with this service, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Description

Kobe is an internal business communication tool used by authorized Ludlow Property Group team members. The service provides:

- Calendar and scheduling notifications

- Email summaries and triage

- Meeting preparation and reminders

- Business operations updates

- Group team communications

- Responses to employee queries about company operations

3. Eligibility

This service is available exclusively to authorized employees and team members of Ludlow Property Group. Access is granted by company administrators.

4. Messaging Terms

- Message frequency varies based on individual usage and configured schedules

- Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier

- You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message

- You may request help by replying HELP to any message

- We do not charge for messages sent through this service, but standard carrier rates apply

5. Opt-Out

You can stop receiving messages at any time by texting STOP. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further

messages will be sent unless you opt back in by texting START.

6. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

- Use the service for legitimate business purposes only

- Not share access credentials with unauthorized individuals

- Report any security concerns to company administrators

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is." LPG is not liable for delays, errors, or interruptions in message delivery caused by carrier networks,

technical issues, or third-party services.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
